The Brenda's Photo Challenge

Black and White is the theme for this week's Brenda's Photo Challenge.

Rose from my climbing rose bush. I've never seen so many roses on this bush but we've had oodles of rain these past six months.

Cactus in a pot. This cactus is at least 20 years old. I brought it home from my mother's and dad's house in 1997.

Wind chimes on a cloudy day. It needs to be restrung.

Love your angles! And one wouldn't think a rose could be so beautiful in B/W but you bring out the details of each delicate petal. Good going Lynn!

Oh my, your B&W are very lovely. I especially love the wind chimes picture, it is better in monochrome, I think. The sky behind looks like rain to me.

I love chimes especially the one hanging in the garden, it gives a relaxing feeling whenever I hang around the garden. Nice B/Ws

Great shots! I can't decide which is my favourite I think the wind chimes just has it but the cactus is a very close second.

Good shots Lyn! Love that rose.

Interesting t see that the Bird of Paradise flower below is quite unlike what we call our bird of paradise (strelitzia)...I had a photo of mine on my blog a couple of posts back.

Annie, I "think" that she called the flower a bird of paradise. I asked because I did not know. If I get by the nursery again within the next day or so, I'll ask again.
