Waiting. . . waiting. . . waiting

We try to not look at the door because Luc and Maggie are too pathetic. Luc, the Lab, is especially good at the pathetic - ears down, sad eyes, forlorn looks, the stare. I cannot get away from them because should I look out the window by the sink, I see their reflection. They are waiting for hubby to get in gear for the morning walk.

Happy New Year.

Until next time, God bless.

Dogs have a way of making us feel guilty without really trying. Piper has that look perfected and knows how to keep me doing what he wants. Sounds like Luc and Maggie have you well trained.

Amazing how well our dogs train us.

Hopefully they will perk up when he rattles the leash or whatever it is they wait for. Isn't it amazing how well we know what is on their minds? I'm sure it goes both ways, don't you think??

DJan, it almost appears that Luc reads my mind. I can be throwing his ball, he brings it back, and then when I decide that the next one is the last throw, he will not give me the ball. I make no move, just decide in my mind. Bizarre...it has happened over and over again.

Labradors do indeed love their walks...and their food as well!

Happy New Year Lynne!

That is a cute photo, they look so pitiful! I just read your comment to DJan, that pretty much proves my theory that animals are physic.
