Straight Out of the Camera Sunday

It is Straight Out of the Camera Sunday, a meme from Murrieta 365. There are two rules: 1) photo must have been taken by you, and 2) no tweaking (cropping allowed).

The climbing rose bush is beginning to bloom.

This is still a work-in-progress. The ground is too wet to use my little Mantis tiller -- it gets clogged. Hubby rented a big tiller for the corn "field" and will use it on this little 8' x 13' extension to my small yard garden before the tiller is returned.

This is the 20' x 40' corn field that we are tilling today. We should be able to put in 7 or 8 rows of corn. The well is close by which will make it easy to keep it watered. This tiller does the job!

You might say that in addition to trying to photograph just about every thing with which I come in contact I'm also busy tilling and/or digging. :D

Until next time, God bless.

Love your new header, Lynn. And good luck tilling that ground! Your SOOC pictures are, as usual, outstanding.

A climbing rose loaded with those lovely blossoms must be spectacular! That sound like a BIG corn field to me. You must LOVE corn. :)

GREAT photo of the flower. You can never have enough flowers, or flower photos.

Thank you :)

I lost my rose due to all the snow we had last year. This year we didn't get much snow at all here in N.H. you all got more down south! I can't wait to get into my garden but it's to cold and wet here yet.

Lynn, your rose is beautiful. It almost looks like a camellia! I wish I was closer, I'd mooch some corn from you, this summer!

The rose is beautiful. I've tried climbers several time with no luck. Got any tips?

Our ground is so wet that we won't be tilling the garden for a few weeks probably.

Wammy, it is an heirloom rose and all I've done is plant it. When water was scarce during our recent drought, I did not even water it. The rose hung on and is blooming since we've had some rain. :D

Pretty rose. I wish our flowers were in bloom now. We have been planting and getting the gardens ready tho it's been pretty wet still.

Oh wow, you have roses already, it is gorgeous. Mine are a long way from blooming.

Love your new header especially the photos of Luc as a pup and Maggie with the necklaces.
