Photos taken this day at The Triangle in Dripping Springs, Texas, and in honor of all those that served in the armed forces defending the country which rose up after this Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776.
God Bless America.
And until next time, God bless you.

I went to Dripping's 2nd official farmer's market and had plans to go into Austin for a planned event beginning at 2 PM.
Thought I'd take a quick nap before leaving; hubby let me sleep until it was too late to go. Having a nap is a blast, don't you think? lol
Anyway, we dined on the tomatoes and fresh corn purchased at today's market with an onion on the side. Not the usual 4th of July fare but, oh, so good.
I love all the photos. I am feeling very patriotic this week. I like Memorial Day but July 4th is really about the freedom of our country
Well, to be honest, I haven't always given July 4th its due -- "yeah, yeah, 'they' signed the Declaration of Independence, so...are you going to sleep in or what?" I decided to change the "yeah, yeah. . ." :D
