Brenda's Photo Challenge

Weathered & Worn is the theme for the Brenda's Photo Challenge. All the items pictured here were brought from my mother and father's place. My dad could not resist picking up old farm equipment.

I like keeping old things, I kept some of Dad's things, he thought I already threw them away but the truth I kept some of them. The horse collar is very classic, I can almost smell the leather.

Wonderful!! I love to see old farm equipment and I sure wish we had more than we do. I often wonder what happened to my grandfather's old one row planter.

Farm equipment makes great fodder for photos! (A little pun with words there... very little...) The old stuff needs to be photographed and preserved in every way. All that wood just rots so quickly.

Love all of those. Bet they can all tell stories! My favorite is the horse collar. You don't see many of those anymore!

I love these photos! They take me back to a time before my little town grew too big... when we were still surrounded by farms. Good memories!

Hi Lynn,

Just stopped by to see how things are going. Do you have enough zucchini to feed the entire town yet?
