Do you have a photo that is so perfect that no tweaking is needed? Let us know about it by posting your blog address here, Murrietta 365. Murrietta hosts this meme every Sunday; so if you do not have one for this week, you might have one for next week.
I've been very quiet this week --- something called writer's block or maybe it is just the dog days of summer. But I have been taking a few photos.
So why does this photo rate posting? Check out the lower left; it is called Luc surfing. We bought a freezer this week and I'm transferring some frozen food from my refrigerator freezer to this one. I did not notice Luc when I took the photo. Dogs are so nosy.
I found this cantaloupe in the garden.
Anyone for a swim? A gold fish lives in this tank. We started with five last summer; then there were four, then three, then two, and now one. Fish in standing water eat bugs such as mosquitoes as well as each other I suppose. Snails live in it too; where they come from beats me.
Good grief, we are practically a desert and a long, long way from a creek.
As you can see, I haven't exactly had an exciting week. lol
Until next time, God bless.

Watching a dog sniff and play in water is plenty exciting enough for me!
I didn't see the dog's nose in that picture either until you mentioned it. funny!
enjoy your chest freezer, mine's filling up fast with frozen local blueberries and squash and green beans. yummy! -kate
Now that gives me an idea of buying a tank for Coffee and Oreo, sure they would love it!
Watch out for Luc's nose, when you close the fridge!

Looks like the dog has figured out where to cool off. ;-) The melon looks yummy!
Great photos. Luc is a typical Lab always looking for some food and some water to play in. I guess the water is a good way to cool off.
The nose shot is cute!
Wow, what a great looking melon. That makes me hungry for fresh fruit.
I played too.
Mine’s here: Round The Bend.
I've never seen a cantaloupe out of a market!!! :-) I just love sweet succulent melons. Oh, and your dogs look like they are indeed cooling off!!! My Bubba loves doing that too!

What cute shots of Luke. Love him investigating hehe.
Luc surfing, too funny. I bet the dogs try to catch the goldfish, I know ours would.
Looks like Luc's week has been pretty interesting even if he has just been "nosing" around.
Beautiful cantaloupe, I'll bet that one is sweet and juicy. Great photos Lynn.
